公司1999年成立于观澜大水坑，2003年5月迁移到粤鹏工业区，2009年由于公司规规模扩大，搬迁至光明新区楼村第二工业区，2017年在梅州成立梅州市华利进电子，2024年深圳华利进搬迁至现址。
